Dr. Milagrosa R. Martinez-Goss is Professor Emeritus at the Institute of Biological Sciences recognized for her important contributions to the field of phycology. Dr. Martinez-She is the MNH's curator for algae and diatoms. She is a Professor Emeritus at the Institute of Biological Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, UPLB. Prof. Emeritus Goss has a PhD in Botany with specialization in Phycology (1976) from UPLB.

Dr. Marian P. De Leon is University Researcher II and Curator of the Microbial Culture Collection of the UPLB Museum of Natural History. She pioneered researches on exploration of Philippine caves for novel and potential microorganisms as well as the antibiogram profile of pathogenic strains. Dr. De Leon is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Los Baños with BS in Food Technology (Major in Microbiology) and MS in Food Science (Major in Biochemistry). She then earned her PhD in Engineering Major in Material and Life Science from Osaka University.

Dr. Noel G. Sabino is MNH's curator for bacteria, yeasts and molds. He is currently an Associate Professor 7 at the Microbiology Division of the Institute of Biological Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, UPLB. Sir Noel obtained his PhD in Environmental Science minor in Microbiology in 2016. He received his MS Microbiology minor in Soil Science (1995) and BS Biology major in Microbiology, cum laude, (1988) from UPLB.

He specializes in microbiology, soil science and microbial ecology while his research interests are in honeybees, lactic acid bacteria, bacterial diversity in bees, bee pathology; bee products and propolis.
