Forestry Herbarium and Wood Collection

Prof. Pat is the Museum of Natural History's curator for trees. He is currently Associate Professor 7 of Plant Taxonomy and Forest Biodiversity and Chairman of the Department of Forest Biological Sciences, College of Forestry and Natural Resources. 

Prof. Malabrigo finished his MS Forestry and BS Forestry from the University of the Philippines Los Banos in 2001 and 1995, respectively.

Dr. Manuel L. Castillo is MNH's curator for Native Forest Trees. He is at present Professor 4 at the Department of Forest Biological Sciences, College of Forestry and Natural Resources, UPLB. Sir Manny finished his studies in UPLB: PhD in Forestry: Forest Biological Sciences (Forest Taxonomy-Floristics) in 2001; Master of Forestry in 1988; and BS Forestry in 1983.

Dr. Edwino S. Fernando is MNH's curator for Palms and other Forest Plants. Fernando is currently Professor Emeritus at the Department of Forest Biological Sciences, College of Forestry and Natural Resources,University of the Philippines Los Baños. Edwino is a forest botanist and plant taxonomist and specialized in the following areas: Biodiversity & Protected Areas, Biodiversity Conservation Policy and Planning, and Conservation Biology and Plant Genetic Resources.
