Dranreb Mariano is a senior Biology undergraduate student majoring in Systematics at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Dreb was born on January 1, 2000 in Angeles City, Pampanga. He grew up in Pangasinan and moved to Los Baños when he was 18.

The Museum's internship is really important for him as he plans to do his masters and doctorate degrees on vertebrate systematics. Dreb’s course work revolves around the systematics and taxonomy of the four tetrapod groups. Moreover, he has a particular inclination in herpetelogy and dreams of being an herpetologist someday.

Currently, he is a resident member of three organizations in the university. He serves as a resident member of the UPLB Zoological Society, Haring Ibon UPLB, and UP Banahaw. During his free time, he likes doing different visual arts that ranges from painting, digital art production, film-making, and photography.

For Dreb, being a curator in a museum of natural history is one of his greatest goals.
