There are only 18 regular personnel (8 REPS and 10 Administrative) who maintain the museum's eight sections (each under a Head Curator) and the Director’s Office and assist in research and administrative activities and attend to its ever-increasing number of visitors.
Below are the short profiles our the Museum's core research and extension staff.
Prof. Juan Carlos T. Gonzalez is the current Director of the Museum of Natural History and MNH's curator for birds. He is also a Professor of Zoology at the Animal Biology Division of the Institute of Biological Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, UPLB.
Dave is currently a PhD by Research graduate student at the University of the Philippines Los Banos. He specialises in Entomology, particularly in ant taxonomy and distribution. Prior to joining the Museum, Dave taught agriculture and forestry courses at the Palawan State University.
Flor is a communicator with a passion for using ICT for development. He is a writer and editor with science, agriculture and development backgrounds and has several years of experience in journalism, semi-technical writing, and editing of news, features, technical and popular publications and documents; and publications management.
