Aira Nadine Pascua
Interns

Aira Nadine Pascua is a third-year student of Mariano Marcos State University studying biology for her bachelor’s degree. She took her internship at the Museum of Natural History from February 20 – March 17, 2023, together with her seven co-interns as fulfillment for her course BIO 198 (OJT).

Nadine has always been fascinated with nature. Her passion for biology began when she was still a little and the encyclopedia filled with photos of plants and animals from her mom was the one to blame.

The internship program taught her so many new skills that a biologist needs to have and enhanced some of her existing skills as well as abilities. The lectures and fieldworks helped her realize her potential in this critical field. As a result, she is planning on pursuing a master’s degree in microbiology after her undergraduate studies.

Nadine is also a freelance illustrator. Her interests include drawing pretty places, observing people, and watching cattoks. She enjoys listening to OPM, especially the music of mrld, her favorite solo artist.
