From the start of the museum’s extension program in 1996 up to present, a total of 9 in-house local publications have been produced. These publications, which are semi-technical in nature, focused on popularizing the diversity and conservation of fauna and flora of the Philippines and likewise, designed to cater various audiences such as students of all levels, biology teachers, researchers, hobbyists, and the general public.
